Make, Change, or Cancel Appointments

We understand that things come up and you may need to cancel or change an appointment.

The best way to reschedule an appointment would be to contact your student dentist or resident directly.  

  • If you are a patient in the Faculty Group Dental Practice 500 Internal Server Error

    Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.

  • If you are a patient of the UCLA Venice Dental Center, please call (310) 392-4103. Please note that a fee may apply for last-minute cancellations or missed appointments.

  • If you are unable to contact your dental provider or have misplaced their information, please refer to the list of clinics for contact information or clinic administrator.
